The Programme

This Programme is an initiative of East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ implemented in partnership with the National Construction Incubator (NCI) aimed at promoting the sustainable development of small to medium-sized contractors to enable them to participate in the programme with a view to upskill and improving their CIDB grading designations over a period of three (3) years
